How To Make Peanut Butter Hershey Kiss Cookies!!

 

Ingredients:

- 1 3/4 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 oz. unsalted soften butter
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar; additional for rolling
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 45 peeled Hershey kisses
 

Directions:


1. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.

2. In a seperate bowl using an electric mixer, mix together the butter, peanut butter, 1/2 granulated sugar and light brown sugar for about 1 minute.

3. Add egg, milk, and vanilla. Beat for about 30 seconds or until well blended.

4. Slowly add flour mixture, mixing until combines. If the dough is very soft, you can refrigerate for about 1 hour.


5. Preheat oven to 375°F

6. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper

7. Roll dough into small 1in. balls

8. Roll cookies in sugar and then place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart from each other

9. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until light brown and puffed

10. When they are baked and out of the oven press in the chocolate kiss and let cool before transfering to a cooling rack
